1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Little Eco Threads website and our manufacturing services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Manufacturing Services

All manufacturing orders are subject to a separate manufacturing agreement that will outline specific terms including product specifications, pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed order confirmation and deposit payment. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Custom payment terms may be arranged for established clients.

4. Sampling

Sample charges apply and vary by product complexity. Sample fees may be credited toward the first bulk order at our discretion. Sample approval must be confirmed in writing before bulk production begins.

5. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control standards including incoming material inspection, in-line production checks, and final random inspection (AQL 2.5 standard). Claims for manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and specifications provided by clients remain the intellectual property of the client. We maintain strict confidentiality and will not reproduce or share client designs without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from manufacturing services.
